Referral Program overview

The Rowkin Referral Program lets eligible account holders share a personal referral link or code. Program benefits, including any customer discount and referral reward, are offered only for qualifying transactions and are subject to these terms and the program settings in effect for the qualifying order.

Rowkin may create a referral profile and code automatically when an account is created. Code allocation alone does not mean that you were shown or accepted a particular version of these Referral Program Terms. Where a referral flow presents a terms notice or acknowledgement, Rowkin records the version and timing that the flow actually captures.

Sharing your code

Share your own link or code honestly and only in places where you are permitted to do so. Do not misrepresent Rowkin, create misleading claims about products or rewards, use spam or paid search that impersonates Rowkin, or share a code with yourself, your own accounts, or a transaction you control.

A referral link may be recognized for up to 30 days after a valid visit. A valid manual referral code entered at checkout takes priority over a link attribution. Rowkin may reject, suspend, reverse, or withhold a benefit connected to suspected fraud, abuse, self-referral, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, or an invalid transaction.

Eligibility and qualifying orders

A referred customer may receive the program discount only on an eligible first paid order, subject to the program settings and checkout validation. An eligible referrer can earn a reward only once for that referred customer's first paid order. A customer may receive an ordinary eligible coupon instead of the single referral discount while an otherwise valid referral attribution is retained.

Email and phone verification are required before a referral discount or money-related benefit can be used. Verification is not required merely for a code to be allocated. Shipping, tax, and any amounts that are not net merchandise are excluded from a referral commission basis. Reward credits are tender and do not reduce that commission basis.

Rewards, review period, and adjustments

The default program settings offer a 10% referral discount and a 10% referral reward calculated from eligible net merchandise after the applicable discount. The rate, eligibility settings, and other program settings may change prospectively; the program snapshot recorded with a qualifying order controls that order's reward.

A referral reward is pending for the default 30-day review period after payment and becomes available only after that period if the order remains eligible. A full refund can cancel the related reward. A qualifying partial refund reduces the reward proportionally to the refunded eligible merchandise. Rowkin does not ordinarily claw back a reward solely because of a routine refund processed after the review period, but may review and adjust rewards for fraud, chargebacks, disputes, or returns or refund matters that were unresolved during that period.

Manual payout requests

Available rewards may be used in accordance with the program or requested as a manual cash payout. The default minimum request is $25.00, although Rowkin may configure a different minimum prospectively. There is no program fee for submitting a payout request.

Submitting a request reserves the requested available reward balance and sends it to Rowkin for review. A request does not mean that a payment has been completed. Rowkin support follows up about approved manual payouts; Rowkin does not provide a hosted payout provider, bank-account form, or automated payment timing through this program. Do not send bank credentials or other sensitive financial information through a referral request.

An administrator may mark a request paid only after confirming that an offline payment occurred and recording the actual payment date and reference. A rejected request releases the reserved balance. You may cancel an unprocessed request from your referral account where that option is available.

Program administration and contact

Rowkin may investigate activity, correct errors, suspend participation, or change, pause, or end the program as permitted by law. Program decisions do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. These Referral Program Terms supplement the Rowkin Terms of Service; if they conflict for the referral program, these terms control to the extent of the conflict.
