Rowkin Energy Terms of Service.
These terms describe rights and responsibilities for using Rowkin services. They are provided for legal transparency and are not a marketing landing page.
8. Communications and SMS program
SMS verification codes are sent only when you request a code to verify a phone number or an account action. Each request results in one transactional security code; requesting or receiving a verification code does not enroll you in a recurring SMS program.
Separate from verification codes, you may independently choose to opt in to recurring automated account, order, service request, appointment, support, and Energy Agent texts. These optional operational texts may include replies to questions you send by text, assistance you request by text, and follow-up about photos you choose to send through an approved text interaction. Message frequency varies. SMS consent is not a condition of signing up, making a purchase, or using the Rowkin website. This enrollment does not include marketing SMS, and Rowkin does not send marketing SMS under this enrollment.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop SMS messages. Reply HELP for help or contact support@rowkin.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can turn off ongoing text updates in your account’s notification settings. If you have replied STOP, changing a website setting will not remove that carrier block. Replying START to the original Rowkin number only removes the carrier block; it does not automatically re-enroll you. To receive ongoing updates again, you must make a fresh opt-in choice, such as in your account’s notification settings.
Email, SMS, push, and in-app delivery can be delayed, filtered, or unavailable. You remain responsible for checking the Services when an action or deadline matters. Marketing communications, if offered, are subject to separate consent and applicable opt-out controls.
