- How long does shipping take? Available shipping methods and delivery estimates are shown during checkout for the selected address. Timing can vary by product, destination, carrier, and inventory.
- How do I start a return? Open the order in Account and choose Request Return. Rowkin will provide an RMA number and applicable return instructions after review.
- Do I need an electrician to install? A qualified professional should assess any outlet, circuit, placement, or local condition that needs site-specific review or electrical work.
- Are prices inclusive of tax? Prices are shown before tax. Estimated sales tax is shown before payment based on the shipping address.
