- How long does shipping take? Inventory is expected in October. Orders placed now are estimated to ship in 2–3 weeks. Final delivery timing can vary by destination and carrier.
- How do I start a return? Open the order in Account and choose Request Return. Rowkin will provide an RMA number and applicable return instructions after review.
- Do I need an electrician to install? A qualified professional should assess any outlet, circuit, placement, or local condition that needs site-specific review or electrical work.
- Are prices inclusive of tax? Prices are shown before tax. Estimated sales tax is shown before payment based on the shipping address.
