Coverage at a glance

The summaries below reflect Rowkin's current published product information. The applicable written warranty describes the warrantor, coverage start date, conditions, exclusions, claim process, and available remedies. These summaries are not a replacement for that document or a promise of an unconditional refund or replacement.

Rowkin 420W solar panel: 5-year product warranty. Product coverage and performance coverage are different. Rowkin also advertises 25-year solar-panel performance coverage; its output thresholds, conditions, and remedies depend on the applicable written warranty.

Hoymiles and APsystems microinverters: 12-year warranty. Review the written terms for the exact model, including any registration, regional, or installation requirements. Rowkin can help identify the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Cables and accessories: 5-year warranty. Coverage is subject to the written terms applicable to the specific cable or accessory purchased.

Solo and Dual kits: Component-specific coverage. Each included panel, inverter, cable, or accessory keeps its own applicable coverage. A kit does not create one uniform warranty period for every component.

Get the written warranty

Before buying, review the product listing and request the applicable written warranty from support@rowkin.com if you need a copy or more detail. Include the product name and model; after purchase, include your order reference. Keep the written terms and proof of purchase.

A panel's performance warranty concerns output under its stated test conditions and thresholds. It is not the same as product defect coverage, expected lifetime, or a guarantee of your electricity savings. Registration, installation, region, transferability, labor, shipping, and other conditions can differ between products and warranty providers; confirm them in the written terms.

How to start a warranty claim

Contact Rowkin through the support form or support@rowkin.com. We can help identify the applicable warranty and coordinate the next step with the relevant warranty provider. Do not mail, disassemble, or repair equipment before receiving the applicable instructions.

A warranty claim is reviewed; submitting it does not approve coverage or guarantee a particular remedy. Inspection, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or another resolution depends on the applicable written warranty and law.

1. Provide your order reference and the product name/model.
2. Include the serial number if available, a description of the fault, and when it started.
3. Attach relevant photos or error messages through the support workflow, without exposing payment details.
4. Follow the support or warranty provider's instructions and keep the case reference.

Safe use & installation

If equipment is damaged or unsafe, stop using it and seek qualified help where necessary. Do not touch exposed electrical parts or open an inverter to inspect it. Follow the product manual and applicable utility, electrical, property, and local requirements.

Warranty coverage and setup legality are different questions. A warranty does not authorize a particular installation, replace a professional assessment, or guarantee production at a shaded or unsuitable site.

Warranty versus returns

Returns, refunds, and exchanges follow Rowkin's separate returns policy. Warranty coverage may continue after a return window closes. Check both processes before deciding which request to make.

Installation or other work by an independent Pro is governed by the terms agreed with that provider, not automatically by the equipment's product warranty.
