Rowkin Energy

Rowkin Pro Service Program Terms

Participation rules for independent service businesses, credentials, matching, customer communications, human-confirmed appointments, professional work, and complaints. Effective October 16, 2026; version 2026-10-16.v1.

1. Service participation & express agreement

These terms govern professional service participation on Rowkin Energy, Inc.'s platform and supplement the Rowkin Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. An authorized business representative must expressly accept the current version presented for the applicable signup or activation. Rowkin records the accepting account, version, and time. Creating an account, draft profile, or storefront does not itself accept these terms or authorize services.

Services, product-only resale, and combined participation are separate program choices. Product-only businesses are excluded from consumer service listings, matching, service invitations, and direct service execution. Product sales do not require the platform to pretend that the seller offers licensed work. A combined business must meet service requirements for its services and separately accept and obtain approval under /storefront-terms for commerce. This new document does not retroactively edit an earlier approved professional agreement or its recorded acceptance.

2. Independent businesses & job-specific terms

Pros operate as independent businesses, not as Rowkin employees merely because they use this program. A listing, review, message, or Agent recommendation does not make Rowkin the service contractor or guarantee the quality, suitability, legal authorization, pricing, or outcome of particular work. Confirm the responsible business and professional before engaging it.

The customer and service business must agree the job-specific scope, price, payment arrangements, timing, materials, access, permits, and any service warranty or cancellation terms before work proceeds. An optional profile price range or automated estimate is not a binding quote. Use supported quote and change workflows where available and obtain explicit agreement to changed scope or cost; do not treat a product checkout as authorization for unrelated labor.

3. Accurate credentials, licensed work & safety

Provide accurate business identity, service locations, applicable credentials and licenses, insurance, services, service areas, team authority, and availability. Keep required information current and promptly disclose expiration, suspension, changed scope, or other restrictions. Rowkin can request evidence and review participation, but platform approval is not blanket verification or a license to perform every kind of work in every jurisdiction.

Offer and perform only work that your business and assigned people are legally authorized and competent to perform. Where electrical or other licensed work requires a qualified, currently licensed professional, permits, inspection, utility approval, or property permission, obtain those before the relevant work. Do not use a product-only account or a different trade classification to evade these obligations. The product manual and applicable utility, electrical, property, and local requirements still matter.

Use safe practices and truthful product guidance. Do not promise that plug-in equipment is lawful at every site, that all circuits are suitable, or that a product warranty guarantees installation legality or energy savings. If equipment or a site appears unsafe, stop the unsafe activity and seek qualified assistance. The platform and its Agents are not emergency services; contact appropriate emergency services for immediate danger.

4. Listings, opportunities & customer choice

Service publication is deliberate and subject to applicable review and capability gates. Rowkin may use approved services, coverage, availability, and request context to identify relevant eligible service businesses. A match or invitation is an opportunity to review, not a guaranteed job, lead volume, appointment, revenue, or exclusive customer relationship.

Customers decide whom to connect with and may compare providers. Pros decide whether a request fits their lawful scope and capacity before responding. Respect declines, removals, and changed customer preferences. A storefront buyer connection is not an automatic service request, job, service appointment, or exclusive electrician assignment. An independently qualified storefront Pro can receive non-exclusive priority in future eligible matching when no prior service-priority choice exists; customers retain control and product-only resellers never qualify.

5. Private communications & minimum necessary access

Use customer information only for the authorized request, relationship, purchase support, or operational follow-up. Unmatched businesses must not receive protected customer details. Private customer/Pro business chat is accessible only to the participating customer, authorized members of that pro business, and Rowkin staff or systems with an operational need. Keep credentials private and do not give removed or unauthorized team members access.

Share only the minimum information needed at the current stage: a job-relevant description or agreed access details is not permission to browse or disclose a customer's unrelated orders, home records, or private Agent conversations. Business-scoped Agent assistance uses authorized context; private customer/Agent advice is not automatically visible to a Pro. Do not move confidential data into a public profile or upload another customer's information.

Customers may change or remove a preferred contact using available account controls. An invitation, conversation, purchase, or terms acceptance is not marketing opt-in. Respect communication preferences and applicable privacy and messaging rules; follow up operationally about the requested service rather than adding customers to unsolicited campaigns. Removing a preference does not erase records needed for an existing job, safety, support, legal compliance, or audit. Additional privacy choices are described at /privacy.

6. Human-confirmed appointments & respectful coordination

An available time, draft, proposal, Agent suggestion, or message is not a guaranteed booking. Appointments require the applicable visible human confirmation steps and agreement by the relevant parties. Check time zone, duration, scope, access arrangements, and who will attend before relying on the recorded appointment. A confirmed platform record does not guarantee attendance or successful completion.

Respond respectfully and within your actual capacity. If plans change, notify the other party promptly, propose a reasonable alternative, and use the supported cancellation or rescheduling controls so the record stays accurate. Do not pressure a customer to accept unsafe work or treat silence as consent. Agent assistance can prepare summaries and proposals, but must not bypass the human approval needed to send messages, accept quotes, confirm appointments, change scope, or complete consequential actions.

7. Work, changes & completion records

Keep the agreed scope and responsible personnel clear. Confirm necessary site conditions and approvals; do not start unagreed work or charge for an unaccepted change. Maintain accurate progress, appointment, quote, change, and completion information through the available workflows. Customer review of completion and any exceptions is separate from a Pro marking work ready for review.

Product orders, fulfillment, returns, and refunds remain separate from independent service obligations. If an equipment problem affects a job, coordinate through Rowkin Support and the applicable written warranty; do not promise that a manufacturer covers your labor or that a service completion automatically establishes product warranty eligibility. Business credits or storefront margin do not define the customer's agreed service price.

8. Profiles, uploads & representation

Use only business descriptions, images, logos, credentials, and other submissions you have permission to provide. You authorize Rowkin to host and display permitted submissions as reasonably needed for your chosen program features, while retaining your rights in your content. Select public assets and contact details deliberately; private personal photos and contacts are not automatically public business assets.

Do not impersonate Rowkin or another provider, misstate credentials, publish private customer information, infringe intellectual property, spam, or make unsupported product or earnings claims. Use Rowkin branding only as permitted, without implying an exclusive agency or blanket certification. Disclose relevant paid or earnings relationships when recommending products and follow applicable advertising and endorsement rules. Commerce participation and storefront disclosures are governed separately by /storefront-terms.

9. Business compliance & taxes

The independent business is responsible for its personnel, records, taxes, required insurance and licenses, and applicable labor, safety, consumer, privacy, advertising, and local obligations. Confirm job-specific legal requirements with qualified advisers or authorities as needed. Rowkin may request accurate information for legally required reporting or program review through an appropriate process, but these terms do not provide tax advice, promise an exemption, invent a reporting threshold, or warrant legal compliance.

10. Support, complaints, returns & warranties

Raise a service communication, conduct, credential, appointment, or completion concern through Rowkin Support or support@rowkin.com with the relevant business or request reference. Contact the service business about its agreed job obligations and keep the scope and communications available for review. Rowkin may review records, request clarification, restrict access, or help coordinate next steps; a complaint does not automatically establish liability or guarantee a refund or remedy.

30-day returns for unused items in original packaging. Defective items can be returned within 90 days. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item, to the original payment method. These are Rowkin product return summaries, not a universal independent-service refund promise. Review /returns for RMA and exchange instructions and /warranty for component-specific written product coverage. Independent Pro work follows its agreed service terms; equipment warranties do not automatically cover it.

Do not send payment-card data, bank credentials, or unrelated private documents in a complaint or chat. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law. If a published summary differs from job or product documentation, ask support and the responsible provider to clarify the terms applicable to that transaction.

11. Review, restrictions & future changes

Rowkin may review applications and activity, request updated credentials, correct errors, restrict or suspend service access, unpublish profiles, or change or end the program as permitted by law. Expired credentials, unsafe conduct, inaccurate information, unauthorized access, fraud, or misuse can affect eligibility. Service and commerce restrictions are assessed separately; neither capability automatically grants the other.

Rowkin publishes versioned updates and obtains renewed acceptance when required. An existing accepted agreement is not silently replaced in its audit record. Ending participation does not erase open jobs, prior transaction records, complaints, or obligations that remain applicable. These service-specific terms control the service matters they describe over a conflicting general summary, subject to non-waivable rights. See /terms, /privacy, and /storefront-terms for the related documents.
